Mole HVAC Equipment Ltd offers Lint Filters (high quality filtration for Laundry extracts) designed to remove the lint particles from the air extracted from the tumble driers. These can be provided with plain or flanged spigot connections. As standard units are manufactured from 2mm thk 316 st/steel and are complete with synthetic filter media. Lint filters can be supplied with a spare filtration insert which reduces the downtime associated with cleaning the filter. The design features a low pressure drop through the filter which makes it ideal for retrofitting within the existing laundry extract systems. Units can be supplied with pressure differential gauges, switches or transmitters.
Our equipment is specifically designed to meet offshore specifications and withstand severe offshore weather conditions encountered both in the North Sea and other parts of the world.
Our equipment, as standard, is manufactured from 316L St/Steel, 304 St/Steel and galvanised mild steel and is designed for low maintenance operation. In addition to standard solutions our equipment can also be specifically designed to meet clients particular requirements (non standard sizes or materials) guaranteeing the highest quality levels and flexibility in product design.
Material
Generally 2.0 or 3.0mm thick fully welded 316L St/St construction. Other materials and thicknesses are available to suit client requirements.
