Non hazardous and Zone 1 & 2 area rated, bespoke 316L St/St offshore type units and also a typical range of GMS construction.
Our air handling units are designed for offshore environment. Primarily manufactured in 316L st/steel however units can also be manufactured in GMS
Flexibility – From our experience we know how difficult it is to find an adequate space for positioning the unit. This is why we work with you to supply the unit that would best utilise available space. We can offer units in vertical, horizontal or “double-decker” arrangement.
Our AHUs can also be fitted with air to air plate heat exchanger for heat recovery.
AHUs can be supplied as packaged units complete with air or water cooled condensing units and control panels.
All units are available in safe area execution or suitable for installation in Zone 1 / Zone 2 hazardous area.
As usual we offer competitive lead times and prices with choice of standard or higher spec components depending on project / Client requirements.
AHUs can be manufactured as a fully pre-assembled unit, built in sections or supplied flat packed.
If required all internal components can be pre-wired to the external JB.
Units come with manufacturers Declaration of Conformity (compliance with ATEX) and are CE marked.
All units come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Our equipment, as standard, is manufactured from 316L St/Steel, 304 St/Steel and galvanised mild steel and is designed for low maintenance operation. In addition to standard solutions our equipment can also be specifically designed to meet clients particular requirements (non standard sizes or materials) guaranteeing the highest quality levels and flexibility in product design.
