Cooling coils (steam, chilled water, DX, hot water and oil), Al/Cu and Cu / Cu. c/w GMS or st/steel casings.
We cooperate with well established manufacturer of finned tube heating & cooling coils. These can be supplied in various material options including Copper/Copper, Aluminium/Copper or Tinned (Copper/Copper). Coils can be supplied with st/steel or painted mild steel casings and can be selected with various pipe sizes and arrangement.
Our equipment is specifically designed to meet offshore specifications and withstand severe offshore weather conditions encountered both in the North Sea and other parts of the world.
Our equipment, as standard, is manufactured from 316L St/Steel, 304 St/Steel and galvanised mild steel and is designed for low maintenance operation. In addition to standard solutions our equipment can also be specifically designed to meet clients particular requirements (non standard sizes or materials) guaranteeing the highest quality levels and flexibility in product design.

Coils can be supplied with galvanised steel, aluminium or stainless steel casings.
Mole HVAC Equipment Ltd can supply coils for installation within the HVAC systems (air handling unit or duct mounted coils), refrigeration plants or can supply the fan coil assemblies. Fan coil units can be manufactured in many material options varying from standard internal execution to bespoke, fully stainless steel, heavy duty units suitable for installation in hazardous area.
We also offer a service of manufacturing replacement coils based on client drawings of original unit or old unit supplied to us.
All coils are leak tested and are provided with pressure test certificate. Testing is performed to the pressures of 2.5MPa (for fluid coils) and 3.08 (for refrigeration coils).
Fan coil units are fully certified and are supplied with manufacturer EC Declaration of Conformity.
Air to air plate heat exchangers offered by Mole HVAC Equipment Ltd are designed for heat recovery applications where the heat of the exhaust air should be transferred to supply air without mixing of these two airstreams. The unit design ensures low leakage rate between separated airflows (approx 0.25%). Separating plates can, depending on application, be manufactured from aluminium, st/steel or Corten. Other materials can be considered to suit Client’s specific requirements. The design of the units offer high flexibility allowing the heat exchangers to operate effectively even with unbalanced supply and extract airflows.
These heat exchangers have the modular construction (each module being 1060x1060mm), allowing units to be built as multiple module assemblies (proven existing installations of 2800m2 of heat exchange area). Bespoke units can also be offered designed to exact application and space requirements.
Plate heat exchangers offered by Mole HVAC Equipment Ltd have rigid construction allowing them to withstand 3000Pa differential pressure between the exchanger plates.
