Mole HVAC Equipment Ltd provides high quality HVAC equipment to offshore oil and gas sector at competitive prices and on short lead time.

Our HVAC equipment is specifically designed to withstand severe offshore weather conditions encountered both in the North Sea and other parts of the world.

Our equipment, as standard, is manufacured from corrosion resistant materials (316L St/Steel), 304 St/Steel and hot dip galvanised mild steel and is designed for low maintenance free operation. It can also be specifically designed to meet our clients particular requirements guaranteeing the highest quality levels.

Standard documentation provided with our equipment includes: dimensional drawing, nameplate detail drawing, IOM Manual, Equipment Schedule (where applicable), Certificate of Conformity and Inspection/Test Certificate.

Our standard products are:

COOLING COILS - (steam, chilled water, DX, hot water and oil), Al/Cu and Cu/Cu c/w GMS or st/steel casings.

AIR HANDING UNITS (AHUs) - Non hazardous and Zone 1 & 2 area rated, bespoke 316L St/St offshore type units and also a typical range of GMS construction.

REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING UNITS (AC Units) - (Non hazardous and Zone 1 & 2 area rated air or water cooled condensers, internal AC units, split systems etc.)

HVAC DAMPERS - (St/steel, powder coated or galvanised carbon steel, aluminium), Non hazardous and Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous area.

WEATHER LOUVRES       - 316L St/Steel, 304 St/Steel, pre-galvanised mild steel, galvanised after manufacturing mild steel or aluminium.

FILTERS - coarse and fine air filters (pleated filters, pocket filters, panel filters); synthetic and glass filter media, HEPA filters and coal filters.

LINT FILTERS - (high quality filtration for Laundry extracts); 2mm thk 316 st/steel completed with synthetic filter media.

ELECTRIC HEATERS - St/steel, or Galvanised Mild Steel (GMS) casing, currently non hazardous, T3 rated, GMS and St/St units, St/St or Incoloy 800 elements, (circular or rectangular). Heaters can be provided with St/steel, Aluminium, Copper or Aluminium alloy heating elements.

HEAT EXCHANGERS - plate heat exchangers or finned tube coils.
